Signer receives a token link, requests a six-digit OTP, verifies identity, then draws, types, or uploads an image signature. The audit trail records provider, IP, and NPT timestamps.

PKI/DSC review path
The prototype displays certificate CN, issuer, serial number, expiry, and a simulated trust check. Production cryptographic signing remains deferred.

Certificate language references Nepal's OCC and Electronic Transactions Act context carefully. OTP image signatures are presented as workflow evidence, not as a legal guarantee.
